Screening is required for everyone. If we haven’t met yet, filling out this form will give me all the info needed to screen you as a safety measure, and to find time in our busy schedules. The more thorough you are in filling this out, the sooner we’ll be able to meet!
Impeccable references are my favorite, but if you haven’t spent time with an upscale independent companion in the last year, not to worry. Pleas ask about my alternative method of screening.
If you are unable to provide references then employment/identity verification is required. Links that verify your occupation/email to match/LinkedIn, work website, etc. A photo of a valid government ID (passport/driver’s license). You may blur ID numbers if you wish, but your legal name, age, and address must be present.
